1.Production technology----Traditional sand casting,the most widely used casting process

We have been in this filed for over 14 years,our customers can get sufficient quality assurance.Now we have our regular customers who will place orders every 2-3 months.

2.Surface treatment---------Powder coating finish 

Equipment:electrostatic spraying gun

Two-layer coating:First coating is applied electrostatically to form a "skin" above the metal parts,which will

prevent corrosion and increase the resistance as time goes on;Second coating is finish paint,which will prevent pollution from the air and decorate the pole at the same time.

                                     

Preparation job---------------sand blasting,polish,rust removal

3.Material----------------------cast iron

Please note:The main body is cast iron,including the pole, the pedestal and the arm

                  

                   The lamp head is made of aluminium with frosted glass

4.How is every part connected?

Arm is welded to the top of the pole;

The pole body is made of five parts,each part connects with each other at the slot ,and is fixed with screws and nuts;

Pedestal is fixed with the pole directly with screws and nuts.

5.You have a lot of choices for the design.Pole with one arm,two arms,three arms or four.It is up to you.Please see the pics below to get a good understanding of this item.
